Secondary Teacher - Mainstream School

Location: Greater Manchester, Lancashire, UK

Pay: Daily rate: £160 - £240

Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Start Date: January 2026

About the role

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Secondary teachers to work on a supply basis across Greater Manchester. Assignments range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, providing you with the freedom to choose when and where you work.

A Secondary Teacher's Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual pupils
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning
Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a supportive team culture

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Recent experience teaching in a UK Secondary school setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
