We are currently recruiting for a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established and growing organisation delivering essential works across Kent. This is an office-based role in Tonbridge with regular travel across the region, offering a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed of upcoming works and timelines
Act as the main point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and feedback
Coordinate access to properties and support site teams with scheduling
Provide regular updates and ensure residents are aware of any changes or disruptions
Manage complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions and project updates
Support the delivery of works in line with health & safety and customer service standards

About You

Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer-facing role within housing, construction, or property services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
