Description

Assist in the full end-to-end payroll cycle using payroll software
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries
Verify and audit private mileage, overtime, and allowance claims
Process payroll documentation such as P45s, P60s, and P11Ds, and support year-end activities
Administer statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP) and manage pension contributions
Manage deductions such as Attachment of Earnings orders
Stay informed on changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance
Contribute to payroll-related projects and provide general administrative supportProfile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

Previous experience in a similar payroll role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
