We are currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business looking to add an Electrical & Controls Engineer to their site team.

This is a hands-on role combining electrical maintenance, installation work, and support across PLC/automation systems. You'll be involved in fault-finding, continuous improvement, and project work, helping to maintain and enhance production performance.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on production equipment
Support PLC diagnostics and minor modifications
Assist with machinery upgrades, improvements, and project work
Maintain electrical systems and ensure compliance with regulations
Work closely with production and external contractors

Requirements

Strong electrical background within manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery
Ability to fault-find across electrical and control systems
Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent)
