Warehouse Operative Benefits

Warehouse Operative Duties

• Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Working in a busy distribution warehouse, for a rapidly expanding company, within a friendly team of 16.
• Manual handling of both small and large items.
• Picking, packing, and quality checking customer orders.
• Using electric handheld scanners.
• Supporting other departments when needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Warehouse Operative Requirements

• To live within a reasonable distance of Chelmsford.
• Ability to work manually and handle goods safely.
• To have clear communication skills.
• A great attitude, and willingness to learn.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Good work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
