• Role:SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Reading
• Salary: £89-£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Counselling, or Criminology graduates-or those passionate about SEN support
• Experience: Helpful but not essential

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in accessing learning through personalised support plans
• Assist with communication, sensory work, behaviour strategies, and emotional regulation
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
• Build strong relationships that help pupils grow in confidence, independence, and academic progress

This role is an excellent stepping stone for future Educational Psychologists, SEN Teachers, Speech & Language Therapists, and Child Support Workers.
