I am currently supporting an excellent utilities company, who are looking for an accounts administrator to join their team and support to financial controller with the transactional side of accounts.
Duties
- Process and monitor financial transactions within the Purchase ledger
- Supporting, uploading invoices and credit notes for creditors
- Allocation of bills to the appropriate cost centres
- Liaise with customers professionally to resolve invoice issues
- Payment processing
- Statement reconciliation
- Liaising with suppliers in respect of queries on their statements
