Mower Technician
Location: Stevenage Area
Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)

About the Role
My client is seeking a enthusiastic Mower Technician to join their professional groundcare team. In this role, you will support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of my client's Mower range.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate, install, and commission mowers, including wired and wireless models 
Diagnose and repair faults on-site or in the workshop, ensuring work meets warranty, chargeable, or internal standards
Maintain and service machinery for existing customer accounts
Work closely with Managers and Area Sales Managers to meet customer expectations
Liaise with both customers and suppliers to ensure service excellence
Use diagnostic tools and computer-based systems to support advanced mower technology
Promote the company and its products in a positive and professional manner
Attend relevant training courses to maintain technical knowledge and compliance
Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used
Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical support at all timesWhat My Client Is Looking For
Technical experience in mowers or horticultural machinery (desirable)
Strong mechanical skills and a good level of computer literacy
Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Able to work independently and as part of a wider technical team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Full UK clean driving licence is essential
Willing to adapt and learn new technologies through ongoing trainingWhat We Offer
