As Installation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Installing and commissioning hardware/software products across customer sites
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site and remotely
Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams
Maintaining accurate service reports, technical notes, and timesheets
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and PPE usage
As Installation Engineer, your experience will include:

Proven field service or installation engineering experience
Strong technical knowledge of hardware/software systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
MEWP, Working at Height, or Harness training (preferred)
CSCS card and experience in safety-critical or construction environments (preferred)
