About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Test & Automation Engineer to support automotive system testing, continuous improvement, and test facility operations. You'll be the key interface between internal stakeholders and the testing team, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery of complex test activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver test activities per project timelines and scope.

Liaise with internal customers to gather testing requirements and inputs.

*

Support commissioning and issue resolution of test systems and equipment.

*

Guide best practices in automation and data acquisition methodologies.

*

Develop and maintain validated test scripts and procedures.

*

Drive continuous improvement projects, standardize processes, and support audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).

*

Produce performance reports and ensure KPIs are met.

Skills & Experience:

✅ Proven experience in automotive test environments (powertrain, EV, ADAS, etc.)
✅ Knowledge of standards (ISO 26262, CAN, LIN, AUTOSAR)
✅ Proficiency with Vector tools, INCA, NI LabVIEW, or similar
✅ Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills
✅ Familiar with project management and engineering processes
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Desirable:

Degree (Level 6 or 7) in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or Manufacturing Engineering

*

Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification

*

Experience in audits and H&S compliance
