Day-to-day of the role:
- Build and maintain long-standing relationships with local schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
- Utilise a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the education sector.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, resources, and best practices.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
