We're hiring an Automation Lead for a major transformation programme, where you'll step into a pivotal technical leadership role shaping the future of test automation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Seamlessly absorb knowledge from outgoing stakeholders and legacy frameworks

• Architect scalable, reusable automation frameworks and libraries

• Lead automation strategy across releases; coach analysts, uplift standards, and guide CI/CD alignment

• Enable internal teams through hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer

• Represent automation in QA governance and leadership forums, driving KPIs and delivery quality

• Define structured handover processes to embed long-term automation success

What We're Looking For

• A credible and confident technical leader with coaching-first mindset

• Experience leading automation strategy across enterprise programmes

• Deep understanding of scalable frameworks, modular scripting, and DevOps alignment

Tech Environment

• Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Serenity BDD, Appium, REST Assured

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Gradle

• Test Management: Jira, Xray, qTest, Allure

• Nice-to-Have: OWASP ZAP, NeoLoad, TestGPT, SonarQube
