An exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nursing Manager has arisen due to development within this company.
We require a deputy manager or experienced clinical lead / Senior RN with a passion for working with older adults and a real desire make a difference and improve the quality of the residents lives through a person centred approach, delivering a quality service whilst maintain high standards of care.
As the deputy manager you will support the home manager in the running of the home whilst leading a clinical team. You responsibilities will include: participating in the development and implementation of care plans. Maintenance of accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality. Leading the staff team promoting development through continuous learning.
It is essential that you hold a valid nursing qualification and whilst a recognised leadership qualification including: NVQ's, Level 4 and 5 Diploma in Health and Social care would be beneficial there is undoubtedly no substitute for real experience.
