We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a major residential development project, reporting into a site-based Project Director. This opportunity is open to both freelance and permanent professionals.

The Project:
A large-scale mixed-use development comprising:

152 apartments

*

3 commercial units

*

4 rooftop terraces

*

Basement car park with 66 spaces
Completion is targeted for late 2026.

Role Focus:
This is not a boots-on-the-ground driving role. The ideal candidate will have a bias toward:

Programme management

*

Client liaison and meetings

*

Health & Safety compliance

*

Design coordination

*

IT systems and document control

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering multi-unit residential or mixed-use projects

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Excellent understanding of design, H&S, and project planning processes

*

Competent in using project management tools and IT systems

*

Ability to manage meetings, reporting and project coordination effectively

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred (for site familiarity)
