Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking Sales Office Administrator to join our client, an industry leader in providing outdoor clothing and equipment. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing any urgent orders.

* Answer customer enquiries and provide technical advice.

* Processing invoices and maintaining customer records.

* Prepare sales reports for the Sales and Management teams.

Personal Specification:

* German Native speaker.

* Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential.

* Customer service experience.

* Must be customer focused.

* Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
