What You'll Do

You'll oversee multiple commercial installation projects simultaneously across the metro Atlanta area — typically 5 to 10 active projects at a time. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on keeping your crew productive and your projects on track.

• Manage and lead a 3-6 person installation crew in the field
• Coordinate project schedules to ensure on-time completion
• Oversee material deliveries and logistics across job sites
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the office and field operations
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience supervising field crews or installation teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects
• Familiarity with commercial job sites and working with contractors or property managers (preferred)
• Solid communication skills
