Reed Health & Care are recruiting for a Senior Autism Practitioner in Lanark. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about coaching and developing teams, adapting to new challenges, and making a lasting impact.

• Lead the delivery of high-quality support services ensuring each autistic adult receives tailored care.
• Coach and mentor a team of Autism Practitioners, inspiring them to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate closely with families, agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective support plans.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process to strengthen our team with talented individuals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your leadership skills.

• Proven supervisory experience in social care, specifically supporting autistic individuals.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
• SVQ Level 3 with a Willingness to obtain an SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMC)
• Good IT literacy, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and provide on-call support as needed.
