Salary - £36000 - £40000 depending on experience.

Our client is a highly skilled Building Services Consultancy practice providing complete Mechanical and Electrical services solutions for a diverse range of projects with an aim to designing buildings that are energy efficient and sustainable.

Role

* The right candidate will take a leading role in all aspects of projects, from scoping and detailed design through to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and current regulatory standards, with a strong focus on low-carbon solutions.

* Lead the development of EICA design deliverables to ensure these meet the clients' needs.

* Preparing EICA specifications, schedules and drawings.

* Co-ordination with other design disciplines and stakeholders.

* Providing technical guidance on EICA matters to the wider project team.

* Build on going relationships with clients

Skills and Qualifications

* Must hold 17/18th Edition Electrical Regulations qualification

* Senior Authorised Person or Approved Authorised Person preferred but not essential. (training can be provided)

* Must have been in a similar role for a minimum for 2 years with management responsibilities

* Have a comprehensive knowledge of the BS 7671 Wiring Regulation Standards

* Must have a comprehensive knowledge of DC Electrical systems

* You must be able to understand site drawings and SLDs.

* Must have strong IT skills

* Must be hardworking, reliable, and flexible

* Must be able to work well as part of a team

* Must have strong communication skills

* Possess good attention to detail.
