Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will build strong client relationships and provide a professional business travel service which will exceed client expectations, and, as a role model, you'll lead by example and create a significant impact whilst also helping others to achieve success. You will be working mainly with clients in the Oil and Gas Industry with some marine travel too.

Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

It is essential that you have experience of working within the travel industry as a Business Travel Consultant
You will be a proactive thinker who provides a consultative approach to all travel requests and an end-to-end solution for all clients
Fares and Ticketing knowledge
Previous experience as a coach or mentor
An ability to identify development opportunities for yourself as well as others
Demonstrable experience of working in a highly pressurised environment and being able to adapt quickly to increases in travel request volumes
Fully conversant on either Galileo or Amadeus
A commercially astute individual with superb communication and written skills and the desire to become a subject matter expert, whilst always demonstrating consistency and a high attention to detailBusiness Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

THis is a part time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or Thursday and Friday - they can look at 2 or 3 days a week.
