What You'll Do:Teach and nurture learners with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and global developmental delays. You'll play a key role in shaping a positive, individualised education for every child in your class.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating differentiated learning plans based on P Levels and EHCP goals
• Building meaningful relationships to foster emotional safety
• Supporting students' personal care and self-help skills when needed
• Using positive reinforcement to promote behaviour and engagement

Requirements:

• Hold QTS and have recent SEN experience in UK schools
• Legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
• Confident with adaptive teaching and behavioural strategies
• Full-time availability during term time
