As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high quality, service user focused care for patients
• Working alongside a team of professionals including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists and Activity Coordinators
• Providing leadership and guidance to fellow members of the multidisciplinary team
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
