We're looking for a confident and experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to lead a team of shift engineers at a high-profile, multi-building commercial estate in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a hands-on leadership role in a professional and technically challenging environment.

The Role

*

Supervising and coordinating 4x shift engineers providing 24/7 cover

*

Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

*

Supporting planned shutdowns and delivering quoted works outside of hours where required

*

Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring high standards of service delivery

*

Providing technical support with a focus on electrical systems and infrastructure

What We're Looking For

*

Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

*

Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience

*

Strong understanding of building services and compliance

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Flexible approach to planned out-of-hours works and shutdowns
