We're looking for a Consenting & Development Manager to join our Strategic Development Team, a dynamic, multi-disciplinary group managing property and mineral resources across key national operations including Whatley, Tytherington, and Westdown quarries.

What You'll Do
- Manage land, property, mineral resources, and planning permissions within your area.
- Lead projects efficiently, ensuring cost discipline and compliance.
- Provide expert advice on planning, permitting, and land management.
- Represent Heidelberg Materials with external stakeholders and industry bodies.
- Maintain property information systems and support strategic transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Essential:
- BSc (Hons) or equivalent in property/mineral estates management or related discipline.
- Chartered Surveyor or equivalent professional qualification.
- Desirable:
- Experience in minerals/quarrying industry.
- Membership of the Institute of Quarrying.
- Project Management qualification.
