The Role:
Travail Employment Group are proud to be representing their client in their search for a Forklift Driver due to continued expansion. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting both warehouse and production operations, working within a small, friendly team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) in line with safety standards.
• 
  Load and unload materials from lorries and delivery vehicles.
• 
  Move stock around site to support production and dispatch.
• 
  Carry out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• 
  Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 
  Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach essential).
• 
  Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• 
  Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
• 
  Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive in approach.
