We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established showroom-based business, who are looking to appoint an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer.

This opportunity would suit a confident design and sales professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, sale, and delivery of premium kitchens and bathrooms, managing projects from initial consultation through to completion. The role involves working on mid to high-value projects within a target-driven retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and sell bespoke kitchen and bathroom solutions

*

Build and develop strong client relationships

*

Work to sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service

*

Interpret architectural and technical drawings

*

Manage projects from design through to installation

*

Coordinate fitter and supplier schedules

*

Liaise with specialist subcontractors

*

Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Required Experience & Skills

*

Minimum 2 years' experience in a kitchen and/or bathroom design and sales role

*

Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment

*

Strong client-facing and communication skills

*

Ability to read and understand architectural plans

*

Good IT skills

*

Experience using Winner Design and EQ (Compusoft) is advantageous

*

Professional and well presented

*

Organised with strong project management skills

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team

*

Flexible to work weekends as required
