• Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely collection of service charges and effective credit control.
• Process leaseholder payments, including daily bank downloads.
• Produce regular reports and attend monthly portfolio review meetings with management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to non-payments.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Credit Control.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• A proactive and professional approach to customer service
