Are you an experienced and ambitious Maths teacher ready to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join our high-performing department as Second in Charge (2iC) from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Maths in leading curriculum development, assessment and progress tracking

*

Model outstanding teaching practice and help raise standards across the department

*

Assist in mentoring and supporting colleagues within the team

*

Contribute to departmental planning, intervention strategies, and enrichment

*

Help ensure consistency in high-quality Maths provision across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is an experienced and high-performing Maths teacher, ideally with leadership potential or experience

Has a deep understanding of the Maths curriculum and effective pedagogy

Is passionate about student achievement and raising attainment

Demonstrates strong classroom management and subject delivery skills
