Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the South West who are looking to strengthen their Litigation team with the addition of a talented Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team with a strong pipeline of work across a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and commercial property disputes.

What you'll need:

* A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation.

* Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to resolving disputes.

* The ability to manage your own caseload while supporting more complex matters.

* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
