Job description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.  The Restaurant Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, and quality and customer-service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior restaurant management experience in a high-volume upscale or fine dining environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence
  • Strong beverage/wine knowledge and experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of FOH operations
  • High level of motivation and ability to follow instructions
  • Purchasing & receiving experience
  • Mentoring and development skills
