MEP Revit Technician (London Bridge)

An established building services consultancy based near London Bridge is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong Revit skills to contribute to a variety of high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Role Overview:

As an MEP Revit Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team with the delivery of coordinated MEP models and drawings. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Revit models across all project stages, collaborating closely with engineers and other team members to ensure designs are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed MEP Revit models in accordance with project requirements

Work closely with engineers to produce coordinated drawings and ensure model accuracy

Assist in the development of BIM standards and workflows

Attend internal design meetings and coordinate with other disciplines

Support junior team members with training and guidance as required

Requirements:

Proven experience working as an MEP Revit Technician in a building services or engineering consultancy

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD

Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Package:

Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
