Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Workforce Planning, along with the following skills and experience:

Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
Proven background in HR activities, including fostering organisational growth, capability, and a positive culture.
Skilled in business planning processes that align with strategic objectives.
Experienced in coaching and people development.
Background in a Defence/Central Government environment, specifically in Cyber Security and IT Services.
Professional qualifications include a desired CIPD certification.
