Our nursery client is currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to take the lead in their toddler room. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about nurturing development, fostering curiosity, and leading a close-knit team with confidence and care.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the toddler room team to deliver engaging, child-centred learning

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and routines

Ensure children's safety, well-being, and developmental progress

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Contribute to the wider nursery community with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Excellent communication and organisational skills
