Location: Remote with UK Midlands Travel
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus & company car!

This is a remote role, but you'll be travelling across the Midlands 1-3 days per week to meet members and attend meetings.

👉 A full UK driving licence and access to your own car initially is essential for this position.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Building relationships and recruiting new members within the transport sector
Supporting existing members, helping them understand their cover and benefits
Achieving sales targets through a consultative, needs-based approach
Identifying new opportunities across the Midlands region
Acting as a trusted, professional representative of the organisation
Working closely with the Sales Development team to continuously improve your skills
Providing clear, fair, and supportive guidance to members
Keeping accurate records to support performance tracking and planning🧠 What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn - sales experience is great, but not essential
Background in transport (e.g. bus driver, coach driver, logistics) is highly valued
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Flexibility to travel and meet people regularly
