Pupil Support Worker - Blackpool Secondary School �?
We're hiring a Pupil Support Worker for a secondary school in Blackpool, with a start date of September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to make a significant impact on students' lives. You'll work directly with young people to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Role & Responsibilities �? As a Pupil Support Worker, you will be a vital part of our school's pastoral and inclusion team. Your main duties will include:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a variety of needs, including social, emotional, and academic difficulties.

Assisting teachers in the classroom to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Monitoring student attendance, behavior, and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Working closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic support network for students.

Helping to implement personalized support plans and interventions.

Experienced in a school environment or a similar role working with young people.
