Purpose of role
Working closely with Sales, Service and Warehouse to ensure a smooth operation of the company’s sales and logistics processes
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the stock room and its contents.
- Processing loans kits end to end
- Be responsible for the loan database, organize loans equipment for customers
- Co-ordinate return of loans equipment.
- Ensure goods In and goods out are recorded correctly and that stock levels are correctly maintain. Assist with engineer’s stock movements.
- Ensure MRP are accurate and stock is regularly ordered if needed
- Responsible for, regular stock checks including main stock and stock held by engineers.
Cover other admin responsibilities when required this may include, Booking in goods requiring repair, invoicing customers for repairs and returning customer instruments
Attributes:
· Experience controlling stock
· Warehouse administration
· Works with precision, good attention to detail
· Can-do attitude, self motivated
· Intermediate user of Excel
· Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload
