The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Protection - Forecast and safeguard income from panel instructions
- Relationship Management - Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships
- Escalation Handling - Resolve complaints and maintain excellent service standards
- Strategic Work Allocation - Collaborate with senior management to distribute cases effectively
- Business Development - Identify growth opportunities with New Business teams
- Account Expertise - Master each client's brand, structure, SLAs, and portal requirements
- Performance Standards - Promote best practice across consultant networks
- Strategic Input - Contribute to sales strategies and competitive analysis
What You Need
- Essential: Account Management/CRM experience in legal or property sector
- Essential: Strong conveyancing knowledge and work allocation skills
- Essential: Proven track record meeting/exceeding targets
- Essential: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Desirable: Panel relationship management experience
