A leading London-based employment law team is seeking an exceptional team moves and injunctions specialist to join its senior ranks as a Director, senior lawyer, or Partner, and to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
This opportunity is aimed at a lawyer operating at Director, Legal Director, Senior Associate, or Partner level who wants to work at the sharp end of the market, advising on high-stakes, time-critical litigation, with the opportunity to secure a meaningful equity stake in a lockstep-based business offering high compensation.
The Role

• Acting on complex team moves, restrictive covenant disputes, and injunction applications, often involving significant financial, strategic, and reputational risk
• Advising employers, partnerships, financial services firms, and senior executives
• Leading urgent High Court and Employment Tribunal proceedings under intense time pressure
• Taking a visible role in strategic litigation planning and senior client relationship management
• Contributing to the development and market profile of the team's contentious practice
