Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the full sales cycle: from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and lead generation
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor bespoke proposals that align with their goals
Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals that contribute to long-term income and impact
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings, promoting their services and missionRequirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality or health services
Confidence in identifying opportunities, pitching and securing new business with measurable results
Strong communication, proposal writing and relationship-building skills
