Eaton Syalon are exclusively supporting a purpose-led wealth management firm in their search for an experienced Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their team.

Previous experience working within a wealth management firm is essential to be considered for the role.

Experience working with later-life clients will make you a standout candidate, particularly if you have advised on areas such as retirement planning, pension access, estate planning, and long-term financial wellbeing. This client group requires a thoughtful, consultative approach and the ability to guide individuals through some of their most important financial decisions.

The Opportunity:

• Providing tailored, whole-of-market financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, estate, and tax planning
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships through holistic, values-based financial planning
• Conducting thorough fact-finding meetings and risk assessments, with a focus on suitability and long-term outcomes
• Maintaining regulatory compliance in line with FCA standards, including MiFID II, Consumer Duty, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
• Acting with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in every client interaction
• Working closely with an experienced operations and compliance team to ensure seamless client service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IFA or Financial Planner, with a proven track record of delivering quality advice
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) and a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
• Strong working knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and FCA expectations
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial clarity and security
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust
