We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join one of the UK's leading training providers as an Electrical Tutor.

This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the next generation of electricians. Based at a modern training centre in South Yorkshire, you'll deliver high-quality teaching and support apprentices in developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the industry.

The Role

As an Electrical Tutor, you will:

* Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons for Level 3 apprentices

* Support apprentices to develop technical skills and industry knowledge

* Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

* Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement

* Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and professional behaviours

* Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

* Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve delivery

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)

* GCSE Maths & English (Grade A-C / 9-4 or equivalent)

* Strong industry experience within electrical installation

* Excellent communication, presentation, and IT skills

* A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge

Desirable:

* Teaching qualification (AET, PGCE, or equivalent) or willingness to achieve

* Assessor qualification (A1, D32/D33, or TAQA)

* IQA/Internal Verifier qualification (V1, D34, or TAQA)

* Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely)
