Role: Lead Mechanical Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 annual

Location: West Central London

Client: World Leading FM Provider

Workload: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM / 70% on tools 30% off tools. (Flexible)

As the Lead Mechanical Engineer your duties and works will include;

• Leading a team of 6 engineers

• Generator sets and UPS systems

• Dealing with AH U's, VAV and FCU's and repair and replace when necessary

• Down flow units

• Pumps and motors

• BMS controls

This site is a high end site in London which is one of my clients City hub's. This site is a media and entertainment site with a select few commercial offices mixed in with the portfolio. The client is one of the biggest household names in the world and have been around for 101 years.
