James Ray Recruitment is seeking a passionate and thoughtful Religious Education Teacher to join our Humanities faculty from September for the full #removed# academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a subject that encourages critical thinking, empathy, and global awareness.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. You'll help students explore a range of religious and non-religious worldviews, develop their understanding of ethical and philosophical questions, and prepare for GCSE exams where applicable.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Religious Education

*

Experience teaching RE at secondary level (KS3-KS4 essential; KS5 desirable)

A reflective practitioner with excellent communication and classroom management skills

*

A commitment to promoting respect, tolerance, and critical thinking in a diverse school community
