Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover - two terms)
Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (Outer London Pay Scale)

We are working with a popular three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Brent that is looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025 for a maternity cover position.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to develop their practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Year 3 Teacher Role:

Full-time Year 3 class teaching role starting September 2025.
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 3 teachers on planning, assessment, and moderation.
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour management strategies.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.Year 3 Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent.
A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum (Year 3 experience desirable).
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A collaborative, proactive approach to teaching and learning.
