Interaction Recruitment Norwich are working with one of their favourite clients based in Costessey.

My client is looking for a warehouse administrator who will be responsible for supporting a busy warehouse and transport department.

This role will work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, and the Transport Coordinator to ensure all the daily administration tasks relating to the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse are completed accurately and within a timely manner.

Job Duties Include:

· Take ownership of health & safety for yourself and others at work.

· Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and encourage safe working practices, at all times.

· Use QAD/Excel/email to manage the day-to-day system transactions and queries

· Raise relevant export paperwork and manage our external Freight Forwarder to ensure all export paperwork is being processed within a timely manner.

· Process picking lists within QAD and scan the paperwork to our Finance Team.

· Complete any associated paperwork accurately including pallet movements, drivers paperwork, returns and record keeping.

· Work with customer services for customer delivery booking confirmations.

· Support with the management of outside warehouse stock and allocate to orders.

· Receipt all supplier deliveries into QAD for Norwich/Mill and GY and process delivery notes accordingly.

· Answer the telephone enquiries line, take messages or transfer calls when appropriate to do so.

· Carry out Physical stock checks on Raw Material/Packaging and Finished Goods stored within the warehouses.

· Support daily stock management processes to include Regrind transactions and stock status reports.

· The ideal person for this role will be calm under pressure, highly organised, have great attention to detail, dedicated and able to multitask. They will have ideally worked in an administrative role before and have excellent knowledge of computer packages such as Excel and Outlook.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm - Office working

Pay Rate: £10.50ph to £11ph depending on experience

Assignment Length: Temp ongoing with a possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
