We are a startup company that is looking for a freelance enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales through telephone cold calling.
Once you have familiarised yourself with our product we will provide you with access to our potential customer database and you will be responsible for contacting each company, identifying the right person and then pitching our product.
You will be required to ensure that post call the potential customer database information is accurate, and where necessary updated.
Ideally you will have a friendly but persuasive manner and be able to communicate well with our potential customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home with your own hours..
For the right person there may be later the opportunity to come on board as an equity partner and fully develop the marketing channel.
The Telemarketer will generate sales through cold calling or other appropriate and approved methods.
The Telemarketer will be friendly and persuasive, able to quickly understand the customer's requirements and present solutions that meet their needs. The Telemarketer will be patient and adaptable and able to deal with the full spectrum of potential clients.
The Telemarketer's goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.
Become familiar with the Job CRM application
Help identify the type of organization that would most benefit from the Job CRM
Proactively contact potential customers from the potential customer list
Help to confirm the identify of the most appropriate person in each organization
Make contact with the most appropriate person and develop a rapport with them
Quickly establish how suitable the Job CRM application is to the potential customer’s organization
Where the application and customer requirements match, either:
arrange a follow-up call
Post call, correct and/or update the customer database with information, such as recording specific names, notes and other relevant marketing information
From time to time:
Help identify further potential customers and add them to the potential customer list
Help re-evaluate and make recommendations to fine tune the marketing effort by analyzing and identifying the:
Most suitable contacts
Most and least successful Initial script pitch
Job CRM features that resonate the most, and the least
Most and least effective follow-up methods
Previous telemarketing or sales experience an advantage
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to quickly establish a good rapport
Previous experience of Human Resources or Recruitment an advantage
Previous B2B marketing experience an advantage
Proficient in English
Good communications skills both written and verbal
Good selling skills - listening, influencing, questioning, negotiating and gaining commitment
Ability to understand the Job CRM application, its relevance and suitability to potential customers
