The Sr. DataAnalytics Support Desk Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues and questions around data and analytics systems. You should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction. Responsibilities Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis Set specific customer service standards Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and triaging support tickets Establish best practices through the entire technical support process Help create process improvement documents and support knowledgebase Add value by enhancing the relationship between DataAnalytics Support Desk and other departments by superior communications Follow up with other departments and internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on teamrsquos productivity Requirements 5-7 years of proven work experience as a HelpdeskIT Support Desk associate Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude Excellent written and verbal communications skills Team management skill Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience Basic proficiency with SQL and relational databases Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform preferred Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools preferred BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
