My Aldridge based client are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team due to expansion. The role s full time and permanent for the successful candidate.
Duties include:
* Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels,
* Providing timely responses to enquiries and maximising sales opportunities,
* Prepare and send quotations, following up as necessary.
* Seek new business opportunities and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
* Work well as part of a team to achieve objectives and goals.
* Adhere to company policies, processes and procedures.
* Undertake training as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Skills:
* Proven track record of working in a fast paced sales environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Knowledge of the sales process
* Strong IT skills and fully conversant in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask.
* Proactive and can do attitude with focus on achieving results.
