We are seeking a Front of House who demonstrates an exceptional understanding of guest needs and delivers outstanding service and hospitality. This role requires flexibility, including working outside, adapting to various shifts, and availability during weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will have a strong cultural awareness and a proven understanding of international guest profiles, enabling them to intuitively adapt their interaction style to meet diverse needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Welcome guests at key touch-points either within the premises or at pre-designated, high footfall locations outside.
• Anticipate, interpret, and respond to both expressed and unexpressed needs of guests in an effortless and efficient manner.
• Promote and cross-sell all added value services and functions related to tourist information and the retail offer.
• Provide knowledgeable insights regarding all brands and unique offers/promotions.
• Proactively build relationships with brands to drive appropriate and relevant footfall.
• Support hospitality initiatives, continuously improving these to surprise and delight guests.
• Assist and advise guests with a wider tourism and hospitality offer, such as booking live entertainment, sightseeing tours, and making reservations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and reassuring manner in accordance with company policy.
• Engage with our CRM programme and achieve sign-ups to our database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience ideally within the Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure, or Retail industries.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt effectively, remaining calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with international guests with impact and influence.
• Strong understanding of retail, tourism, and leisure sectors or a desire to learn.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
• Computer literate, fully conversant in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must be comfortable working outside and flexible regarding shifts, including weekends and evenings.
