An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Rough Sleeper Navigator to provide high-quality support, advice, and outreach to individuals experiencing rough sleeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage rough sleepers through assertive outreach and build trust-based relationships.

• Assess housing needs in line with the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Act 2002, and Localism Act 2011.

• Develop and maintain Personal Housing Plans to help clients progress toward secure accommodation.

• Liaise with statutory and voluntary services to secure appropriate support and referrals.

• Assist clients in accessing benefits, health services, and supported housing options.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised groups.

• Strong understanding of homelessness legislation and welfare systems.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and ICT skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload across multiple locations.

This role requires flexibility, resilience, and a genuine commitment to ending rough sleeping.
