As an HVAC Administrative Assistant, you arrive each day ready to take on a number of administrative duties as well as some creative and customer service duties. From interacting with customers to working with our Chief Operations Officer on business processes and plans, you are busy! You also work closely with the technicians and all other managers to develop and manage reports and key performance metrics. A successful Admin Assistant must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically. You can feel great accomplishment in these efforts that contribute to the success of our growing and essential HVAC business!


  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Similar administrative experience preferred not required
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • A valid driver's license
  • Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Quickbooks is a plus. We can definitely train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of this job. Are you organized detail-oriented? Pay is competitive and based on experience. Hours vary from 20-40 hours per week.
